Approximately 2" thick and weighs 2 1/2 lb on average.  It is a juicy bone-in rib-eye with rich marbling and at least five inches of rib bone left intact. The rib bone has been "frenched" or trimmed on site so that it looks like a handle. Perfect of grilling, searing or that special occasion.
